Who needs sleep anyway?

My insomnia is starting to get worse again 😦 trying to head it off with meditation and taking stuff to help get some sleep, but I’m still waking after only a few hours.
I’m exhausted, but my brain won’t shut off. I cut out naps during the day a few weeks ago, but maybe I need them back to get some more rest. I know my functioning goes down dramatically when I can’t sleep.

    If you are able to have a nap during the day, go for it. The body needs rest and sleep, and I don’t think the body really cares what the time the clock says, it gets worn down and needs to lie down. Take care of yourself in whatever works and you can do.
    A number of friends here care about you.
